1.3 By accessing or using the Site and/or submitting any entry to the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which incorporate by reference the UNESCO x LKK: GLOBAL FOREVER FLAVORS Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") and any specific terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign ("Specific Terms"). Where any Specific Terms conflict with these Terms and/or the Privacy Policy, the Specific Terms shall take precedent.
1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Specific Terms, please do not use the Site or participate in the Campaign.
1.5 If you are below the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Specific Terms on your behalf.
1.6 In these Terms, when we refer to "you" or "your" we mean you, the person accessing or using the Site or submitting an entry to the Campaign.
1.7 You may only use the Site or submit an entry to the Campaign for your own domestic, private and non-commercial use. You should only use the Site or submit an entry to the Campaign if you are an individual and acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside of your employment, trade, business, craft or profession (a "Consumer"). The Campaign is open from 20 January 2026 and is an ongoing initiative. Any submission period(s), deadlines, updates (including any sub-themes), and operational arrangements will be announced on the Site from time to time and may be modified at our discretion. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Campaign (in whole or in part), as we deem necessary or appropriate. Any submissions received after any deadline (as specified on the Site from time to time) will not be eligible.
2.2 Eligibility
2.2.1 The Campaign is made available in certain countries/regions at Lee Kum Kee’s discretion. The Campaign is open to Consumers who are resident in the countries/regions where this Campaign is made available to you. You must comply with these Terms, the Specific Terms and all applicable laws when participating.
2.2.2 Each person may submit only one entry, regardless of which channel is used to submit the entry. If your submission is rejected or you voluntarily withdraw your submission, you may submit one additional entry in any one channel. However, if your story is reviewed and/or approved, you are not permitted to submit any further entries through any channel. Multiple submissions beyond these stated exceptions may result in disqualification. We may run multiple promotions simultaneously. Entry into any of those other promotions, whether managed by Lee Kum Kee or its business partners, does not constitute an entry into this Campaign and each promotion shall have its own terms and conditions you must adhere to.
2.2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Campaign. However, in order to enter the Campaign you must have an Internet connection.
2.2.4 By entering this Campaign you (either on your own behalf or on behalf of your child) agree that your entry will be your own original idea, that the contents of any entry will not be unlawful, offensive or defamatory or derogatory to any person and that the use of your entry by Lee Kum Kee does not infringe the rights of any other person.
2.2.5 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries.

Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between information shown on different platforms or channels, the information published on the Site shall prevail, unless expressly stated otherwise by us.
